About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high‑quality home health care to adult clients in Duluth. You will work with a supportive team to deliver personalized care in the comfort of patients' homes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments to determine health needs.
- Provide training and education to family members.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team.
Required profile
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 4 months of LPN experience.
- Pediatrics experience is a plus, with training available.
