Athletic Trainer / DME Field Service Representative

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to join its Field Services team in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on delivering orthopedic patient care, supporting the use of durable medical equipment, and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application, education, and proper care for orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, bone growth stimulators, and other Enovis products prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Deliver routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Manage inventory and participate in required audits.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, handling pre‑authorizations and upfront collections of patient responsibility.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Maintain compliance with Enovis ethics programs, OIG regulations, HIPAA, and other governmental healthcare requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for providing excellent care to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) within an orthopedic setting.
