About the role
The Admissions Customer Service Representative is a temporary, fixed‑term clerical position within the University of Arkansas Admissions office. The role supports prospective and current students by providing timely and accurate information about the admissions process.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for admissions‑related inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Assist the admissions team with routine clerical tasks, including data entry and document handling.
- Provide clear guidance on application procedures, deadlines, and required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to university policies.
Required profile
- Available to work day shift in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
