Admissions Coordinator

About the role

RECO Intensive is hiring an Admissions Coordinator in Delray Beach, Florida, for a fast-paced phone and CRM role. The position suits an energetic, positive and outgoing person who enjoys being on the phone, encouraging others and helping families take small steps toward recovery. It involves answering inquiries, building rapport, scheduling screenings and coordinating admissions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clear knowledge of the RECO program and explain it to prospective clients
• Answer all inbound calls efficiently and courteously, and follow up on leads
• Manage lead sources such as the website, direct and chat, and record all inquiries and interactions in the CRM
• Answer caller questions and transfer calls as needed
• Schedule prospective client screenings and process admissions to the facility
• Collect demographic and financial information, verify insurance and forward coverage details to billing
• Ensure clinical and financial screening criteria are met before admission and obtain consents, identification and financial documents

Required profile

• 1 year or more of outbound/sales calling experience preferred
• Knowledge of the addiction recovery field and the 12-Step Program
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations under Client's Rights and HIPAA

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Call Tracking Metrics and/or Salesforce (a plus)
• MS Office and Apple programs (a plus)
