About the role

The Admissions Coordinator II – EnMed Recruiting supports the Texas A&M University School of Engineering Medicine in attracting and enrolling the next generation of physician‑engineers. Working closely with faculty, staff, and external partners, the role drives recruitment initiatives and helps manage enrollment pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to build a highly qualified applicant pool.
• Represent the School at local, regional, and national recruitment events, fairs, conferences, and institutional visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, pre‑health/engineering advisors, organizations, and pipeline programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to create targeted presentations, publications, and digital content.
• Organize and coordinate on‑campus and virtual recruitment events such as open houses and preview days.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide future strategies.
• Assist the Director in setting enrollment targets, monitoring trends, and developing yield initiatives.
