About the role

The Savannah Technical College Admissions Office is seeking seasonal Admissions Assistants to provide front‑line administrative and customer‑service support. In this role you will guide prospective and current students through the admissions process, ensuring a professional and timely experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective students, visitors, and campus guests.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding admissions requirements and application procedures.
• Process student applications, prepare admissions files, and schedule placement and testing.
• Maintain admissions materials, office supplies, and general administrative support.
• Assist with registration, graduation, and special enrollment events.
• Stay current on admissions policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in an office environment with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
