Administrative Manager

About the role

We are a multinational team working on projects in New York City and abroad. Altanova is looking for an Administrative Manager responsible for monitoring and analyzing company financials, developing measures and suggestions for future financial plans, and presenting strategic ideas to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Altanova’s economic performance including costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and related data, comparing actual results to business plans.
• Develop measures to optimize profitability, operating budgets and financial health.
• Gather, analyze and interpret performance data to evaluate overall company performance.
• Collaborate with executives and managers to set strategic goals and make operational decisions.
• Evaluate and improve business procedures and operational systems to support strategic objectives.
• Maintain a productive office environment and oversee daily business activities.

Required profile

• Experience with business and financial procedures such as budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related field (MSc/MA a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
