About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a rapidly growing not‑for‑profit organization. You will play a key part in outreach initiatives, community engagement, and tracking program progress while contributing to the organization’s mission of positive change.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and coordinate volunteer events and outreach programs.
- Track and analyze marketing trends to inform strategy.
- Present research findings and brainstorm innovative development approaches.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, donors, and community partners.
- Prepare and distribute public‑relations materials.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to community service and interest in fundraising, grant writing, and relationship building.
