About the role
Join a leading orthopedics and rheumatology hospital as an Administrative Assistant. You will support department leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leaders.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Assist with meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and distribution of documents.
- Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.
- Support employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
- Handle travel arrangements and other administrative support tasks as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in healthcare administration or supporting administrators.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook for calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $31.59 to $48.08.
- Full‑time regular employment with day shift hours (Monday‑Friday, 6:45 am‑3 pm).
