About the role

The New York Medical Career Training Center is seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join its Uniondale, NY campus. This on‑site position supports the daily operations of the training center and ensures smooth communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to staff and executives.
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Maintain internal and external communications, including email and correspondence.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and securely.

Required profile

  • Strong administrative and executive assistance experience.
