Operations Support Specialist (Autonomous Fundraising)

About the role

Givzey’s Version2.ai platform is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide the human‑in‑the‑loop safety layer for autonomous fundraising. The role ensures Virtual Engagement Officers engage donors accurately, appropriately, and safely while supporting customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review inbound donor replies across Virtual Engagement Officer portfolios.
• Support content moderation workflows to keep donor conversations within fundraising guardrails.
• Review and triage support tickets related to Version2 operations.
• Resolve routine tickets or route issues to the appropriate internal team member.
• Document recurring issues, common requests, donor response trends, workflow gaps, and escalation patterns.
• Own creation and maintenance of partner avatar videos post‑onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and internal technical teams.
• Maintain clear internal notes, follow established processes, and contribute to documentation and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in nonprofit advancement, donor relations, customer support, operations, communications, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to review donor‑facing content with sound judgment.
• Comfort working with technology, databases, ticketing systems, and multiple internal platforms.
• Strong organizational skills for high‑volume repetitive work.
• Ability to triage issues, identify appropriate next steps, and escalate when needed.
• Comfort working independently in a fast‑moving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• Interest in AI, fundraising technology, donor engagement, and operational process improvement.
• Willingness to work 11‑7 or 12‑8 EST and occasional Saturday shifts.
