About the role

LRE Foundation Repair is looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join its New York team. You will help keep the company’s records accurate and up‑to‑date, supporting smooth operations for a business that serves homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the company database with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies, reporting errors to management.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports for various departments.
• Organise and file both physical and electronic documents promptly.
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely and correct data entry.
• Follow data‑entry procedures and policies to preserve data integrity and security.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using data‑entry software or similar applications.
