About the role
The University is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Instructor to join its faculty in Babson Park, FL. In this on‑site position you will teach undergraduate courses, design curriculum, assess student learning and provide academic support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate classroom discussions for assigned courses.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
- Assist students with academic advising and support services.
- Collaborate with full‑time faculty and staff on program initiatives.
Required profile
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in the relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development.
- Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a higher‑education environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Required skills
- Subject‑area expertise relevant to the courses taught.
