About the role
Chattahoochee Technical College seeks a part‑time Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics for the Fall 2024 semester. You will teach a variety of undergraduate math courses, either in‑person on one of our campuses or in a blended format.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments for assigned mathematics courses.
- Deliver instruction to students, fostering understanding of quantitative reasoning, algebra, pre‑calculus, and statistics.
- Maintain course materials and grades in the college’s learning management system.
- Participate in departmental meetings and adhere to academic policies.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Mathematics with at least 18 graduate credit hours in pure math courses (MATH‑prefixed).
- Minimum one year of teaching experience at the college level.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer literacy skills.
