Adjunct Early Childhood Education Instructor

About the role

The Savannah Technical College Early Childhood Care and Education program is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach both online and on‑site courses. This part‑time position supports students in Liberty County and Savannah campuses while maintaining the college’s high academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lecture and lab material in face‑to‑face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Provide engaging instruction aligned with program standards and student learning outcomes.
• Evaluate and record student progress toward course objectives.
• Maintain required documentation, departmental reports, and up‑to‑date knowledge of early childhood education practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours.
• Minimum three years of recent experience in early childhood education.
• Ability and willingness to work at multiple campus locations and travel as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
