About the role

Provide inpatient occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for acute care patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient‑specific goals and ensure safe transition to post‑acute or home care.

Key responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment programs based on physician orders.
Assess patient response, modify plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to determine appropriate discharge level.
Adhere to hospital quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current state occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication.
