Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our Management Resources Loan Staff team. The role will lead core accounting operations for client engagements, providing stability and leadership during periods of transition, growth, or transformation across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle, including statutory and regulatory reporting, consolidation, and financial close.
• Partner with client leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.
• Drive process improvements, data extraction, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Manage audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Implement and optimize ERP/HRIS solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Lead FP&A activities, financial modeling, cost and supply‑chain optimization projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including controller‑level responsibilities.
• Proven ability to assess environments quickly, assume ownership, and drive improvements in fast‑paced organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and analytics.
• Experience overseeing audits and interacting with external auditors.
