Account Manager – Full-Time

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our existing customer base in Winter Garden, FL, while also driving growth with new accounts. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Account Management, you will work within a collaborative team to expand market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with assigned customers.
• Assess customer needs and develop short‑ and long‑term sales strategies.
• Collaborate with management to create and execute strategic sales and account plans.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and expand profitable revenue from existing accounts.
• Promote extended use of core services and assist in launching new products.
• Provide clear explanations of the business model and recommend usage improvements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of sales and account‑management experience with a proven record of growing market share.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
