Account Manager – Foodservice (Specialty Food & Wellness)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, profitable DTC specialty food and wellness company seeking an Account Manager to own and expand our Foodservice channel. You will act as a channel expert, building strong partnerships, driving repeat business, and uncovering high‑margin growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Foodservice accounts, responsible for growth, retention, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships, driving reorder cadence and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine channel strategy, customer segmentation, and identify whitespace.
• Partner with Business Development, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Food Safety to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and share insights, trends, and opportunities with leadership.
• Evaluate opportunities strategically, prioritising high‑margin and high‑impact business.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, pipeline activity, and potential blockers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in Foodservice, CPG, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining customer accounts while maintaining strong margins.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret account‑level P&L.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized with experience managing structured outreach workflows.
• Solutions‑oriented mindset, balancing customer needs with company priorities.
