Account Manager - Employee Health & Benefits

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Account Manager for its Employee Benefits team. The position is hybrid, based out of the Doral office and may require in-person client-facing meetings. MMA provides business insurance, employee health and benefits, retirement and private client insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on time.
• Manage strategic planning, renewals, marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication for assigned clients.
• Produce accurate, timely materials and audit work to minimize errors.
• Use carrier partners to solve client problems and support retention.
• Stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks and plan ahead to meet deadlines.
• Develop and simplify benefit guides.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license.
• At least 5 years of account management experience in an insurance agency.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Additional qualifications that are a plus but not required: bachelor's degree or higher, bilingual English/Spanish, experience with EPIC.
