Account Manager – Disaster Restoration

About the role

The Account Manager supports the Account Management Department by handling day‑to‑day interactions, communications, and management of disaster restoration mitigation claims across the country. This hybrid position works from one of 16 locations and includes on‑call duties after hours and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily claim management using claims‑management software, delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality, and timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with customers, field staff, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure world‑class service.
• Review and upload project‑management written claims according to ServiceMaster quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with all Account Managers, identify efficiency initiatives, and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in disaster restoration (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with on‑call status (home‑based) and willingness to travel up to 5%.
