Account Manager – Corporate Legal Accounts (Hybrid – Dayton, OH)

About the role

This hybrid position based in Dayton, Ohio supports our corporate legal customers. As a Telephonic Client Manager you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, collaborating to identify opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, target and maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision‑makers.
• Maintain overall health and status of customer relationships.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams on product or content issues.
• Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align objectives.
• Gather customer and market insights and report against goals.

Required profile

• Proven successful sales experience, preferably B2B.
• High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close business.
• Experience interacting with C‑level corporate executives.
• Previous field account management and marketing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
