Account Manager – Audio/Video Systems Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead audio‑video system design and sales across a variety of AV projects. The role combines prospecting, client relationship building, and solution selling, supported by in‑house engineering and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of existing accounts, providing ongoing client assistance.
• Conduct meetings with decision‑makers to understand needs and propose tailored AV solutions.
• Prepare proposals, bid specifications, and sales forecasts to win new contracts.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, documenting client requirements and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and integration resources to develop project designs and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in the audio, video, or broadcast industry.
• At least three years of proven sales experience.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally, attend industry events, and occasional seminars.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
