Account Executive – Partnerships (French required)

About the role

Odoo is looking for a proactive Account Executive to expand its partner network across North America. You will work with warm leads, recruit new organizations, and help partners integrate Odoo’s ERP suite into their service offerings. The role is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new partners using data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT evaluation.
• Develop revenue‑growth strategies, forecast business revenue, and spot up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Adapt Odoo ERP solutions for clients, including basic Python and SQL customisations.
• Analyse trends, extract data, and build dashboards for managerial reporting.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages in a consultative manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong awareness of software and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and curiosity about business operations.
