Account Executive – Partnerships (French)

About the role

Odoo is looking for a bilingual (English/French) Account Executive to join its North America Partnerships team. The role focuses on recruiting new partners, introducing them to Odoo’s ERP suite, and driving revenue through joint sales initiatives. You will work in a hybrid setting based in Brisbane, CA, balancing onsite client interaction with remote activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new organizations for Odoo’s partner network using warm leads and data‑driven prospecting.
• Present Odoo’s business applications and design tailored implementation packages for partners.
• Manage partner relationships within an assigned territory, guiding them through onboarding and the sales cycle.
• Develop revenue‑growth strategies, forecast sales, and meet monthly quotas.
• Analyze performance data, create dashboards, and report key metrics to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or ERP environments.
• Strong curiosity about business operations and new technologies.
