Account Executive, Mid Market

About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Executive at Revic you will own full‑cycle sales for deals ranging from $50k to $125k ARR, targeting fast‑moving, higher‑volume opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex sales cycles from outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, business case, and close.
• Sell consultatively to C‑suite stakeholders such as CRO, CMO, RevOps, Enablement, and Sales leadership.
• Build and deliver pitch decks, demos, and ROI narratives.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape messaging, demos, and roadmap.
• Develop early sales playbooks and turn customer insights into scalable GTM assets.
• Help define Revic’s sales motion and support onboarding of future AEs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of mid‑market quota experience, closing 15‑20 deals per year.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise selling and multi‑threaded C‑suite engagements.
• Hunter mindset with strong pipeline generation skills.
• Comfortable thriving in early‑stage, scrappy environments with limited sales support.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities for early‑stage products.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the revenue ecosystem, including sales tech, marketing tech, RevOps, enablement, and CRM/MAP workflows.
