About the role

Panoptyc is developing AI‑driven computer vision solutions that help retailers protect revenue. We are seeking an Account Executive who can thrive in an early‑stage environment, own the full sales cycle, and help shape our sales playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage complex sales cycles with executives, operations, loss‑prevention, and IT stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners and system integrators.
• Travel regularly to conferences, customer meetings, and pilot installations.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and follow‑up discipline.
• Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer‑success teams.
• Represent Panoptyc professionally in executive meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling B2B software.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline proactively.
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving startup environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
