Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Panoptyc is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of its AI‑powered retail vision platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help expand the company’s footprint across grocery, convenience and self‑checkout markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and close enterprise retail opportunities.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving executives, operations, legal, procurement and IT stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners and system integrators.
• Travel to conferences, customer meetings and pilot deployments.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and follow‑up discipline.
• Coordinate closely with product, implementation and customer‑success teams.
• Represent Panoptyc professionally in executive meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience selling enterprise B2B software.
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
• Ability to generate pipeline proactively rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving startup environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
