Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new business and expand Paramount's presence in the call‑center staffing market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring smooth client onboarding and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage call‑center leaders, decision‑makers, and HR teams to generate new business.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, networking events, and in‑person meetings.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to meet client hiring needs quickly and accurately.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, hiring challenges, and workforce needs to provide consultative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong prospecting and deal‑closing abilities; a true hunter mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and proactive in generating leads.
