Account Executive – French Speaking (Hybrid)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a French‑speaking Account Executive to join its Direct Sales team. You will promote Odoo’s open‑source ERP SaaS platform, helping businesses across Latin America adopt an integrated suite of applications that streamline finance, inventory, CRM, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to drive growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from inbound lead conversion to closing and post‑sale account management for upselling.
• Act as a solution engineer, analysing prospects’ operations and crafting tailored Odoo implementation demos.
• Sell a diverse SaaS portfolio to companies in various industries throughout the Latin American region.
• Identify and implement improvements to the sales process.
• Participate in regular team reviews, sharing best practices and progress updates.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS sales role.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of business operations and software landscapes across verticals.
• Analytical, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.

• Competitive base salary with OTE ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
