Account Executive - Brand Partnerships

About the role

Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers worldwide with products from around the world. Its Brand Partnerships team ensures that the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on the platform. As an Account Executive, you will be a trusted advisor to brands, helping them succeed by tailoring growth strategies to their goals, identifying opportunities and driving incremental revenue growth. You will own a portfolio of brands, proactively identifying and onboarding the best-fit brands, from onboarding through to first orders.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of business acquiring new brands in the Core/Gift categories, running the full sales cycle from targeting to first orders
• Build and manage your own pipeline: prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation and close
• Own the customer relationship end to end, shaping onboarding plans and deciding when a prospect is or isn't the right fit
• Become the go-to expert in the Core/Gift category, covering trends, blockers and the competitive landscape, and mentor a dedicated SDR
• Represent Faire externally at trade shows, events and in the industry

Required profile

• Background in Brand Partnerships, Brand Success, Retailer Sales or Fulfillment
• Location: San Francisco or New York
• Current level L2a/L2b, or L1b with more than 12 months in the seat
• Start date: as soon as possible

• OTE pay range of $112,000 to $154,000 per year in San Francisco and New York, plus eligibility for equity and benefits
• Hybrid model: three days a week in the office (Tuesdays, Thursdays and a flex day), with remote work up to 4 weeks per year
