Account Director - Healthcare Digital Advertising

About the role

Razorfish Health, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for an Account Director to manage and grow client relationships and expand services on one or more large client accounts. The role focuses on client satisfaction, account revenue and growth, and on leading a team in the healthcare digital advertising space.

Key responsibilities

• Own mid-senior level client relationships and set account expectations with the VP/Director
• Oversee strategy development, including alliances and interactive marketing/advertising strategies aligned with the client's brand and business objectives
• Maintain responsibility for the quality, strategy and integrity of agency products and services delivered to clients, and engage clients regularly to evaluate digital advertising and marketing initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities and present upsell and cross-sell ideas to generate additional revenue
• Manage profit and loss and financial forecasting for assigned clients
• Develop ROI models, fee and budget allocation models, and advise the client partner on advertising and marketing strategy
• Contribute to project timelines and budgets with the Project Manager and guide the project team
• Share strategic insights, trends and competitive intelligence with multidisciplinary team members

Required profile

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in account services, advertising, management consulting or a similar field
• At least one year of staff management, development and mentoring experience preferred
• At least three years as a Senior Account Manager, or one year as an Account Director, strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Marketing and promotion experience with healthcare brands required
• Track record of upselling and experience supporting new business pitches required

Required skills

• Demonstrated budget management experience, including developing fees and budget allocation models
• Ability to build ROI models and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership of a team in a collaborative environment, motivating others on online communication initiatives

What we offer

• Salary range of USD 97,375 to USD 155,961 per year, depending on skills and experience
