3rd Shift Manufacturing Operator

About the role

The Operator works on the 3rd shift in a Nestlé Health Science manufacturing facility, operating blending, compression or encapsulation equipment. The role ensures product quality and quantity by following SOPs and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to guarantee accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, set‑up, cleaning and adjustment of machinery.
• Record data accurately using paper records, computers or iPads.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to supervisors.
• Assist with overflow jobs and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years experience in a factory environment (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to read, write and understand simple English instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, climb and bend repeatedly.

Required skills

• Operation of basic digital devices such as computers and iPads.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment.
• Basic inventory awareness.
