340B Client Success Manager

About the role

The 340B Client Success Manager will develop key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients gain maximum value from our software while aligning services with their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with client stakeholders and translate business objectives into actionable software strategies.
• Manage client accounts in Salesforce, documenting interactions and providing training on product features.
• Foster long‑term client satisfaction through regular cadence calls, issue escalation, and retention initiatives.
• Champion client needs internally to influence product development and service enhancements.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with support and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship or account management within a software delivery model.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver business outcomes through technology.
• Advanced Excel skills including V‑Lookup, pivot tables, charts and formulas.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link software capabilities to client KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce.
