1:1 School Nurse - LPN

About the role

Join BAYADA as a 1:1 School Nurse (LPN/LVN) caring for school‑aged pediatric clients (3 years and older) throughout Erie County for the 2026/2027 school year. You will provide in‑home nursing care, building lasting relationships with children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to pediatric clients (birth through 18) with diverse diagnoses.
• Provide complex care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management when needed.
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to care plans.
• Educate families and support them in the home environment.

Required profile

• Active LPN or LVN license.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong communication and assessment skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in home‑health and pediatric care.
