About the role
Join BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing team in Erie as a 1:1 RN providing compassionate home care. You will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering personalized nursing services and supporting their health goals.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide one‑to‑one care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
