1:1 LPN Private Duty Nurse

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one‑to‑one care for an adult client with C1‑C4 complete quadriplegia in the Eagleville area. The nurse will work flexible day, evening, or overnight shifts, traveling to the client’s home and delivering personalized, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to the client’s residence on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor the client’s condition.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Required skills

• Ability to perform nursing assessments and document care accurately.
• Competence in following and implementing doctors’ orders.
