100% Virtual Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC)

About the role

CareMind Health, the clinical arm of Mindoula, is seeking licensed psychotherapists to provide virtual outpatient services across Maryland, Virginia, DC, North Carolina and beyond. This full‑time remote position focuses on delivering evidence‑based individual and group therapy in a cutting‑edge telehealth clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence‑based modalities.
• Perform comprehensive screenings (M3, PHQ‑9, GAD‑7) and triage intake referrals.
• Document outcomes, track measurement‑based care metrics, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide culturally competent, patient‑centered education and refer patients to community resources.

Required profile

• Active licensure in Maryland (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC or equivalent).
• Experience working with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorder (SUD) populations preferred.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement in an outpatient setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with measurement‑based care tools.
• Familiarity with screening instruments such as M3, PHQ‑9, and GAD‑7.
