Youth and Family Programming Instructor

About the role

The Youth and Family Programming Instructor leads engaging outdoor and indoor activities for children and families at the Troubadour Golf & Field Club near Nashville, Tennessee. This full‑time, hourly position focuses on creating safe, memorable experiences through camps, games, crafts, and field challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and instruct individuals or groups in activities such as obstacle courses, inflatables, crafts, hikes, and team‑building challenges.
• Maintain, clean, and prepare all equipment and materials used for youth programming.
• Supervise youth activities, ensuring health, safety, and a positive environment.
• Facilitate daily Kids Camp programs, field games, arts & crafts, and event‑day support.
• Restock comfort stations, organize spaces, and communicate with parents and members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lb for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal communication.
