WorkForce Software Project Manager

About the role

Next Generation, Inc is seeking a highly organized and experienced WorkForce Software Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of WorkForce Software solutions for our clients. This remote‑focused role involves occasional travel for client site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for WorkForce Software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on WorkForce Software or similar platforms.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
