Workday Time & Attendance Analyst

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to support client‑side activities for Workday Time & Attendance. This business‑focused position gathers requirements, defines system specifications, and helps ensure successful implementation and optimization of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture and document business requirements for Workday Time & Attendance.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and align them with Workday capabilities.
• Define system specifications and communicate them to technical teams and implementation partners.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.
• Support testing, validation, and user training for Workday Time & Attendance functionalities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with HR systems, specifically Workday Time & Attendance.
• Proven business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and align with U.S. Central Time Zone.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary $100,000‑$130,000 depending on experience, education, and location.
