About the role

The Workday HCM Industry Principal will lead strategic initiatives across multiple US locations, driving the delivery of large‑scale ERP solutions. This senior position works closely with senior stakeholders to shape project scope, financial performance, and change management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making for cohesive project execution.
• Engage with senior executives to define project scope and secure consensus.
• Refine project management processes by incorporating best practices.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and support commercial estimate discussions.
• Allocate resources and set performance objectives to meet project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale ERP projects, preferably in Workday or related platforms.
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and project margin management.
• Experience leading change management and training programs.
