AWS Python Data Engineer

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking an AWS Python Data Engineer to join its technology consulting team. The role focuses on building and enhancing data solutions on the AWS cloud for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document and elicit business requirements for data solutions.
• Lead design discussions and capture architectural decisions.
• Develop, test and integrate new features using Python and PySpark while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories and implement test strategies.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to delivery.
