Wireline Operator

About the role

The Wireline Operator based in Lafayette, LA will work on offshore assignments, delivering safe, efficient and reliable production services to customers. The role involves preparing and operating wireline equipment, supporting field and maintenance crews, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable production services (PSD) to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and assist crews with equipment preparation.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings and ensure accurate, on‑time job deliverables.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order, reporting any problems or deviations.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down operations.
• Operate wireline equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to HSE policies, maintaining required safety training.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work offshore with a 28‑day on / 14‑day off schedule.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
