Production Associate – Utility IV – 2nd Shift

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate – Utility IV to join its Rental Division on the 2nd shift. You will support daily production operations by handling material movement, preparing garments for shipment, and ensuring a clean, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, stage, and organize material and garments for loading.
• Perform additional production tasks classified at level four or below as needed.
• Fill in for employee vacations and absences, adapting to changing work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quantity and quality standards.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work safely near others for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Willingness to handle soiled materials and pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions for most of the shift.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, safety orientation, adaptability, integrity, attention to detail, and stress tolerance.
