About the role
As a Window Install Technician you will install home remodeling products following Mad City’s standards and procedures, apply finish work as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction by communicating with management at the end of each installation. You will also complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
Key responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
- Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
- Communicate with management after installations to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
