Warranty Coordinator

About the role

Clopay is seeking a Warranty Coordinator for its Troy, Ohio facility to manage escalated warranty issues and support quality initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Field escalated customer complaints and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues using disciplined problem‑solving.
• Investigate warranty claims, make critical decisions, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate warranty outcomes directly to dealers and end users.
• Maintain the warranty/returns system and ensure compliance with management guidelines.
• Perform basic statistical analyses and support specific projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with direct quality responsibility.
• Detail‑oriented with above‑average math skills.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
• Familiarity with quality systems and other quality techniques.
• Basic statistical analysis for reports and projects.
