About the role
Join Clopay Corporation as a Door Builder at our Troy, Ohio facility, assembling high‑performance garage doors for residential and commercial markets.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble garage doors using hand tools, power tools, and equipment following SOPs.
- Apply identifying labels, inspect parts for defects, replace non‑conforming components.
- Maintain a clean, well‑maintained work area and equipment.
- Follow all safety training, policies, and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 30‑50 lb and work at a quick pace.
- Carpentry experience.
- Basic knowledge of hardware for various door models.
- Ability to read/write simple words, recognize numbers, and perform basic math.
- Meet production and quality standards and work well in a team.

What we offer
- Starting pay $20.28 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.
- Wage increase up to $26.30 per hour after 24 months.
- 10‑hour shifts Mon‑Thu (3 p.m.–1 a.m.) and 12‑hour shifts Fri‑Sun (7 a.m.–7 p.m.).
