About the role
Clopay Corporation is seeking Machine Operator Level II candidates for its Troy, Ohio manufacturing facility. The role involves operating and calibrating various production equipment on a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and calibrate machinery such as booking press, drum unit, window RUVO, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Complete quality key indicators (KQI) for units and wet system, set up slabs, and maintain inventory levels.
- Keep work area and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
- Report unsafe conditions and perform lockout/tagout procedures as required.
Required profile
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 30‑50 lbs and work at a quick pace.
- 1‑2 years of production or machinery experience preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring weight, temperature, and quantity.
Required skills
- Operating booking press, drum unit, window RUVO, hand tools.
- Lockout/tagout competency.
