Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor leads all warehouse activities for the Mail Services department, ensuring efficient processes and high productivity. This full‑time position reports directly to the Director of Publishing and supports the mission of It Is Written by upholding Seventh‑day Adventist values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, maintaining appropriate daily staffing levels.
• Develop, review, and improve warehouse processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure a hazard‑free environment, enforce safety codes, and report incidents promptly.
• Process and fulfill online and internal orders, verify pick tickets, and assemble promotional shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipping or fulfillment errors.
• Assist Accounting with accurate order entry and maintain comprehensive records.
• Conduct year‑end inventory counts and manage stock levels.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and troubleshoot hardware/software issues with IT and vendors.
